According to investigators, Budovsky joined the sabotage community in 2022. On the instructions of an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, he transported by car and hid 19 mortar shells and explosives in the courtyard of his house.
“Budovsky planned to carry out a detonation using an improvised explosive device while a convoy of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces was passing in the Mikhailovsky district,” the press service noted, adding that he was detained while transporting the missing components.
Earlier it was reported that the LPR had completed a criminal case against a Ukrainian Armed Forces gunner who transmitted information about objects that were subsequently subjected to artillery strikes.
