After the "Hai Xun 06" is put into use, it will effectively improve the dynamic management and control of water traffic and emergency support in the southeast coastal waters. It will play an important role in ensuring maritime traffic safety, protecting the marine environment, safeguarding national maritime rights and interests, and promoting cross-strait exchanges and exchanges. effect.

  [Explanation] The "Hai Xun 06" was built by Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. with a length of 128 meters, a width of 16 meters, a depth of 7.9 meters, a full-load displacement of 6,600 tons, a total main propulsion system power of 13,920 kilowatts, and a maximum speed of 23 knots. With an endurance of 10,000 nautical miles and a self-sustaining power of 60 days, it can reach all sea areas in the world except the North and South Pole.

The ship can carry out deep-sea cruises in the 12-level wind and the 9-level sea state, and carry out maritime law enforcement activities under the 11-level wind and the 7-level sea state.

It is also equipped with fire-fighting water cannons, air diving, pneumatic cutting and emergency towing equipment, and also has certain emergency response capabilities for dangerous accidents such as ship collision, fire, pollution, loss of control, and hitting a reef.

The construction of "Haixun 06" is not only a practical need to build a new pattern of modern and intelligent water traffic dynamic management and control, but also coincides with the requirements of Fujian Province to strengthen the construction of emergency response system.

Fishing and marine aquaculture are also traditional pillar industries in Fujian Province. There are more than 30,000 fishing vessels operating in the Taiwan Strait all the year round, and nearly 3,000 transport vessels passing through the Taiwan Strait every day.
