It can cruise law enforcement at sea without external supplies. In 60 days, it can reach all the seas in the world except the North and South Pole.
The ship can carry out deep-sea cruises in the 12-level wind and the 9-level sea state, and carry out maritime law enforcement activities under the 11-level wind and the 7-level sea state.
