  It is understood that the "Haixun 06" has a total length of 128 meters, a width of 16 meters, a depth of 7.9 meters, a full-load displacement of 6,600 tons, a maximum speed of 23 knots, and a cruising range of 10,000 nautical miles. It can cruise law enforcement at sea without external supplies. In 60 days, it can reach all the seas in the world except the North and South Pole.

The ship can carry out deep-sea cruises in the 12-level wind and the 9-level sea state, and carry out maritime law enforcement activities under the 11-level wind and the 7-level sea state.
