According to the National Election Commission, as of 7:00 am, when the main voting for the 6.1 local election was held for about an hour, the turnout was 1.7%.



The region with the highest voter turnout so far was Gangwon with 2.3%, followed by Gyeongbuk, Jeju, and Gyeongnam with 2%.



The lowest place was Gwangju, which recorded 1.0%.



The turnout rate for early voting held over the past two days on the 27th and 28th was 20.62%, which will be reflected in the total turnout from 1pm onwards.



Today (1st), the general voter election will be held until 6 pm, and the Corona 19 confirmed person election will be held from 6:30 pm to 1 hour.



Voters can vote at a polling place having jurisdiction over their resident registration area with their ID cards.
