“According to GAS-Elections, as of 15:00 on March 17, voter turnout in the Russian presidential elections in the Chechen Republic is 95.20%.
777,698 voters from the total number included in the voter lists took part in the voting,” says a message on the Telegram channel of the republic’s election commission.
Earlier it became known that voter turnout at elections in the Perm Territory broke a record in modern history.
The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024.
The main voting takes place over three days: March 15, 16 and 17.
