“There is no doubt that the actions of our competent authorities also fully complied with the established international rules,” Glaz said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

He added that the Belarusian side “is able to guarantee full transparency, if necessary, accept experts and demonstrate all the materials in order to exclude innuendo”.

Earlier it became known that the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus has created a commission to investigate the incident with an emergency landing in Minsk of a Ryanair plane en route from Athens to Vilnius, due to a message about a bomb on board.

The founder of the NEXTA Telegram channel recognized as extremist in Belarus, Roman Protasevich, was flying in this airliner, who was detained after landing.

Ryanair stated that the plane was urgently landed in Minsk due to the instructions of the Belarusian air traffic controllers.
