“To recommend to the owners of shopping centers, shopping malls, multifunctional shopping and entertainment centers, outlet centers during the high alert for the governing bodies and forces of the Moscow Regional Emergency Prevention and Response System to suspend the operation of these facilities,” the Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov said.
Vorobyov previously introduced a high-alert mode in the region due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus. In particular, events involving more than 50 people are prohibited in the region, and distance learning is allowed.
