The decree prescribes "a temporary ban on entry into the United States of foreign citizens who pose a risk in terms of the transmission of the 2019-nCoV virus."
He explained that we are talking about foreigners who visited the territory of China 14 days ago or less, while he noted that the exception is family members of American citizens and permanent residents of the United States.
He stated that US citizens who return from mainland China “will be under special surveillance for 14 days.”
Also, the emergency mode involves restricting flights to China from the United States with only seven airports.
Earlier, the US Department of State raised the risk of travel to China to the highest fourth hazard level and called for no travel due to the proliferation of a new type of coronavirus.
