In late November, the municipality of Mora announced that it would start with a so-called “climate box” to reduce food waste within the school. An idea that was previously introduced in Avesta municipality. The climate box was appreciated by students and staff.
- It's great to think about the environment and not throw away the food. That you use it for a good cause, says student Gabriella Thors.
Now you take the climate thinking a step further and clearly want to show the students how much food is lost in the garbage every day.
