A new opposition platform was created at the initiative of Anicet Georges Dologuélé. The goal: to organize "a coalition of the democratic opposition", a structure to speak with one voice. It brings together about fifteen political parties, including the main opposition leaders.

Anicet Georges Dologuélé, Bertin Béa, Karim Meckassoua, Nicolas Tiangaye, Ferdinand Nguendet, Désiré Kolingba ... They decided to regroup in a purely political platform unlike that of E Zingo Biani, which also hosts civil society organizations.

" A convergence of points of view " allowed this grouping they explain. Several themes bring together these opposition leaders: the denunciation of the Khartoum agreement and the violence that continues on the territory or their disagreement as to the setting up of the strategic committee to support the electoral process that they describe as " Fraud machine ".

" Everything remains to be defined, " tempers some. And already differences could divide this new union. In the background, the general election next year.

Some of these leaders are defending the idea of a new transition believing that the security conditions are not met for the organization of the poll. Others want the organization of credible elections on time . What the government defends, supported by the Minusca, who wishes at all costs respect for the electoral calendar.
