November 24, 2019Lvmh, the home of French luxury, is on the verge of buying the famous USA Tiffany jewelry, consecrated by the movie 'Breakfast at Tiffany' with Audrey Hepburn.The two companies, reveals the Wall Street Journal, have reached a preliminary agreement that evaluates Tiffany about 16.3 billion dollars, or 135 dollars per share, against an initial offer of 120.
The boards of the companies will meet today to finalize the agreement which, barring unforeseen circumstances, should be announced in the coming hours.
