On the first occasion, the caller had called 112 and told of a patient who had a cardiac arrest, but the address was not correct until it was handed over to Region Dalarna for further treatment, according to the notifier.

The ambulance was alerted to the completely wrong municipality and the patient had to wait even longer for a new ambulance to be sent out. The notifier believes that this could have resulted in serious injury.

Similarly, on the second occasion, the ambulance drove to the completely wrong municipality before the Dalarna Region took over for further handling. Then the caller stated that the patient had breathing difficulties. When an ambulance arrived later, he had had a cardiac arrest.
