09 October 2019A very young victim who only after many hours found the courage to tell her parents the terrible story she had lived. A thirteen-year-old was raped in Como by two twenties, detained for sexual violence against a minor in the night between Saturday and Sunday. The girl, of Nigerian origin, said she was approached on the street at 9.30pm by one of the two young men, her compatriots, who tore off her cell phone. She chased him and, when they arrived under his house, he dragged her to his apartment, where the other arrived shortly. The girl reported having been sexually abused by both.

Only at 6 am, while the two were asleep, did the girl have the strength to retrieve her cell phone and run away from her family, who in the meantime had reported the disappearance to the Cantù police.

She did not tell at home what had happened: only on Monday afternoon, when she returned from school, did she have the strength to talk about sexual violence with her mother. The mother and two family members immediately went to the couple's home, where a scuffle arose that drew a police patrol.

The two alleged rapists were taken to the police station, while the girl went to the hospital, where the health workers confirmed the sexual violence. At the same time, the policemen acquired the clothing and bed linens that had blood and biological traces in the apartment. After hearing the prosecutor, the police ordered the arrest of the two for sexual acts with a minor.
