The suspected rape must have taken place in a town in central Värmland at the end of August this year. According to the indictment, the suspected perpetrator had intercourse with and performed other acts comparable to intercourse on the 13-year-old girl.
According to the prosecution, the rape must have been preceded by an abuse and the 13-year-old girl must have been subjected to throat abuse during the act itself. She has stated difficulties in breathing and has shown redness on her neck.
The 23-year-old is also charged with unlawful procurement of alcohol because he is suspected of having bought alcohol to minors.
