Mr. Al Hashimi, a descendant of the Bani Hashem tribe, grew up in a great family, whose people have a special and well-known status in jurisprudence and religion in the UAE. He grew up in a religious and scientific environment and was apprenticed by his father, Judge Mohammed Al Hashimi, in Al Ain. Disagreements through his uncle who was serving in Abu Dhabi, which made him aware of the jurisprudence and law as much as convince people, despite the fact that he learned science orally in the traditional way in the book.

Hashemi was known to work silently and diligently, honesty, sincerity, firmness, commitment, initiative and dedication in performing tasks and fulfilling work.

In 2017, Al Hashimi was crowned with the Abu Dhabi Award, sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to honor people who have contributed to their charitable work in the service of society, and have provided great works and services to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
