This was reported by the Donetsk news agency with reference to the head of the press service of Daniel Bezsonov.
He announced the availability of instructions to Ukrainian snipers on choosing the target of fire.
“The instructions say that snipers are given the right, I quote:“ independently choose a target for defeat that threatens the security of Ukraine, ”he said, adding that both a military man and a civilian could become a target of fire.
According to Bezsonov, such actions can lead to increased military action, and also contradict the conditions of the armistice.
Earlier in the DPR announced the sending of Kiev snipers to the Donbass.
