This was reported by the department’s press service following a meeting held by the head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, in Donetsk.
It is clarified that after the Russian army took control of Avdeevka, work was quickly organized with civilians who were evacuated to temporary accommodation centers of the DPR.
“During interrogations, people report crimes committed by Ukrainian military personnel, indicate the locations of the units of the Ukrainian armed formations that carried out the attacks, and other information significant for the investigation,” investigators noted.
Earlier, the bodies of civilians shot by the Ukrainian military were found in Avdiivka.
