"The investigative authorities of the Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation in the Voronezh region are conducting a pre-investigation check on the provision of services that do not meet security requirements," the ministry said.

As part of the audit, the investigators will interview witnesses of the incident, request documentation regulating the implementation of transportation services by organizations, and perform other verification activities.
