The case is initiated by part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code (provision of services that do not meet the safety or health requirements of consumers, who have negligently caused the death of five persons).
It is noted that the documentation of the Neoplan bus has been withdrawn, an investigative and operational group has been created.
Previously, the police also opened a case on the fact of an accident.
The accident occurred on the evening of September 18 in the Novousmansky district of the region. According to the latest information, five people were killed and about 20 injured.
