A Palestinian civilian was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday morning after being shot by Israeli soldiers while driving a vehicle carrying an Israeli registration plate in the Bab al-Amud area of occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the victim was named Riyad Muhammad Hammad Shamasneh, from Qatna village, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
The Israeli police claimed that a resident of the West Bank who was illegally present in Jerusalem and that his car was traveling with a group of young men posed a threat to the Israeli police and opened fire on him. There were no eyewitnesses or a Palestinian novel.
A 17-year-old boy was killed yesterday evening and another wounded. The Israeli occupation forces claimed that Palestinian youths threw stones at the settlers' vehicles.
A 12-year-old boy was also called by a jeep to the West Bank town of Yatta in the West Bank town of Yatta, while a Palestinian and his son were injured in an attack by Jewish settlers east of Hebron.
