The UAE Red Crescent Society distributed a new batch of food aid to 330 needy families in Al Rahba, Qaraih, Qahir and Al Quoz districts in the governorate of Hadramout in the framework of the humanitarian project to normalize life for families in difficult economic situations.

The assistance, which targeted 1,650 needy families, included the basic needs of essential food items.

The representative of the UAE Red Crescent in Hadramout, Mohammed Obaid Al Shamsi, said that the distribution of these food baskets is a continuation of the humanitarian assistance program carried out by the Commission in a series of campaigns carried out throughout the Hadramout areas of Sahel and Wadi, as well as reaching remote areas, full of pain and human pain, Stressing the continuation of the Commission in improving the living life of the population, and provide the requirements of the stage of services and vital projects.

He stressed the keenness of the Authority to achieve the widest spread of relief aid, to cover the cases owed to humanitarian assistance, stressing that these circumstances require concerted humanitarian efforts to reduce the suffering of all affected and improve their living conditions.
