  According to another media report, the manager of the personal loan department of a branch of China CITIC Bank in Nanning replied that there is indeed such a policy, but it is still in the warm-up stage and has not been officially launched.

  According to industry insiders, generally speaking, the sum of the age of the mortgage loan applicant and the loan period cannot exceed 65-70 years.

If the aforementioned new policy is followed, the sum of the age of the applicant and the loan period can be up to 80 years.

That is, assuming that the buyer is 50 years old, he could only borrow for 15-20 years before; according to the new policy, he can borrow for a maximum loan period of 30 years until he is 80 years old.

  According to industry insiders, this policy is actually beneficial to middle-aged and elderly home buyers aged 50-60, or it may be related to the delay of retirement age.

  However, several real estate developers said that the company's sales department in Nanning has not yet received notice from the bank about the policy.
