RIA Novosti: Russians transferred 1.47 trillion rubles to foreign deposits in the third quarter

According to RIA Novosti, these figures exceeded the first and second quarters combined (543.4 billion rubles and 550.7 billion rubles).

It is noted that the growth rate of deposits of Russian citizens in banks abroad has been increasing since the third quarter of last year.

In October, the chairman of the board of the Uzbek Central Bank, Mamarizo Nurmuratov, said that almost 70,000 Russians had opened bank accounts in Uzbekistan since the beginning of 2022.
