Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) reviewed the role of its youth council in building bridges of communication with youth councils across the country, noting that the human cadres in the authority include 3,397 young employees, whose ages ranged between 18 and 35 years, constituting 30%. of the total employees.

The authority stated that, from October 2019 until the end of December 2022, the council organized more than 65 events, 25 awareness lectures, four educational trips and field visits, while participating in nine international forums and conferences.

She indicated that the Youth Council hosted six delegations as part of the benchmarking visits program, and a group of members of the Council were assigned to two national and international programs during the year 2022, while the Council launched many initiatives and more than 10 communication platforms to support bridges of communication between it and its employees.
