The first snow fell on Mt. Seorak this fall.
The Seoraksan National Park Office said that the first snow was observed at the Seoraksan Jungcheong Shelter at around 6 am today (10th).
Although the amount of snow fell less than 1 cm, the temperature at that time was recorded as dropping to minus 2.4 degrees Celsius.
This first snow is 9 days earlier than the first snow on October 19 last year.
Compared to the first snow on November 3 in 2020, the previous year, it was observed 24 days earlier.
