The expert explained that the temperature background on weekends in the capital region will remain above normal by 1.5-2 °C.

Saturday night the minimum temperature in Moscow will remain positive, up to +2 °C, but in the east of the Moscow region it may drop to -2 °C. And there may even be icy conditions there in some places. Tomorrow afternoon there will be light rain in the region and in Moscow with a precipitation amount of 1 to 3 mm, so tomorrow, when going for a walk, you should definitely take umbrellas with you,” RT’s interlocutor warned.

According to her forecast, improved weather can be expected as early as the middle of next week.

“And let’s hope that the second half of next week, that is, almost the end of March, we will have sunnier, but also warmer weather. At night, temperatures are near zero or positive in Moscow, daytime temperatures are within +5...+9 °C, that is, spring continues, snow melting will also continue, so we expect that by the first days of April in some places in Moscow the snow will disappear completely,” the specialist concluded.
