The Government has authorized

Amber Capita

l, the largest shareholder of the Pisa Group, to increase its participation in the capital of Indra

to 9.9%

, as the technology company notified the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Friday.

The technology company has received this Friday the notification of the Government's decision, which, according to the document, was taken in the Council of Ministers last Tuesday.

Precisely, during the last shareholders' meeting,

Amber promoted the dismissal of five independent directors

of the company, whose replacement proposals have been known during the morning of this same Friday.

Currently, the owner of the fund, Joseph Oughourlian, has 4.1% in the capital of the technology company and if it reaches 9.9%, it would become the company's second largest shareholder after the State Industrial Participation Company ( SEPI), which has just over 27%.

To reach 9.9% of the capital, Oughourlian would need to acquire 10 million shares, which, at around eight euros at which the share is currently trading, would mean an investment of just over 80 million euros.

After SEPI and Amber, they would remain in the capital Fidelity, with 9.8% and SAPA Placencia, which has 5% of the capital notified to the CNMV, but whose real percentage is 8%.

Following the news, Indra's shares have turned around and are trading at 1:00 pm with increases of 0.68% to 8.04 euros.
