There are five joint operations: All Nippon Airways, Japan Airlines, Japan Air Commuter in Kagoshima Prefecture, Oriental Air Bridge in Nagasaki Prefecture, and Amakusa Airlines in Kumamoto Prefecture.

The five companies operate ▽Kagoshima Airport and Tanegashima Airport, ▽Nagasaki Airport and Tsushima Airport, ▽Fukuoka Airport and Amakusa Airport, respectively. 74 flights will be jointly operated from October this year.

Currently, most routes are operated by airlines, but as the number of passengers is expected to decrease, the purpose is to maintain regional routes by operating jointly.

The five airlines are planning to develop travel products, strengthen sales and marketing, establish a safety foundation, and improve the efficiency of equipment and parts procurement.

In addition, the three companies headquartered in Kyushu are expected to increase sales by leveraging the customer bases of major airlines All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines.

Regarding joint operations, the five companies said, "We would like to create new demand for regional routes and increase the number of passengers, and promote the maintenance and operation of routes."
