Drew added that "(Etihad Cargo) continues to explore the prospects of expanding its network and increasing the number of main routes, to meet all the requirements and needs of customers. The company is also keen to add new routes and destinations and enhance capacity as needed, in order to keep pace with customer requirements and seasons of congestion."

He explained that the Etihad Cargo fleet currently includes five Boeing 777s, seven Boeing 777s, 40 Boeing 787s, 14 Airbus A320s, and five Airbus A350s, with plans to add more aircraft. Boeing 787s in 2022, referring to the contract with Airbus to purchase seven new-generation A350F aircraft, to expand the freight fleet and provide additional capacity to ensure that it meets the requirements of customers and partners.

Drew stated that the addition of a new wide-body Airbus 350 passenger aircraft to the company's fleet contributes to enhancing capacity on the main commercial freight routes, pointing out that the company is seeking to achieve additional capacity by modifying all Boeing 777 aircraft in cooperation with Etihad Airways. He indicated that Etihad Cargo currently operates flights to 79 destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Americas, with 564 flights per week, and also launches freight flights based on a wide network of land transport services, while providing its services on demand to destinations outside its network.

Drew said that the company modified its network of flights during the summer season, to increase the number of flights to tourist destinations around the world, as it strengthened its summer schedule by adding more flights to Barcelona, ​​Brussels, Johannesburg, Madrid, Tokyo and Vienna.
