There are 1 office, 1 mortuary, 1 farewell room and 1 lounge in the place; the parties have hung a "mortuary charge item" notice board on the wall of the office, and announced four charge items: freezing Expenses for mortuary, cosmetic surgery, embalming and renting a funeral room.

From January 1, 2022 to April 15, 2022, there will be no price announcement for the commodities "corpse list", "corpse bags" and service items "undressing" and "labor costs" sold by the parties in the business premises.

In view of the fact that the prices of the commodities involved are market-adjusted prices, and it is difficult to fairly calculate the actual selling price, in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations (Revised in 2010), the above-mentioned acts of the parties shall be punished according to the provisions of no illegal gains.
