The system integrates the anti-monopoly laws and regulations, declaration process, and review process of the concentration of business operators in my country, realizes the digital interaction of "declaration end", "entrustment end" and "review end", and promotes the improvement of declaration and review efficiency through digital empowerment.
The applicant company can submit application materials online from one portal, and can check the case handling progress and the contact information of the sponsor in real time.
The legal documents generated during the case review process will be automatically fed back to the enterprise reporting end through the system, and the system will send delivery reminders through text messages and emails to ensure that the reporting enterprises receive legal documents at the first time, improving the convenience of reporting and the transparency of administrative law enforcement .
From August 1, 2022 to September 1, 2022, enterprises can declare through the anti-monopoly business system for concentration of undertakings, or they can declare through jyzjz@samr.gov.cn.
After September 1, 2022, the State Administration for Market Regulation will no longer accept email declarations.
The system sets up a login entry in the service column of the first-level page of the official website of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the declaration enterprises can also directly enter the website to log in. The system website is: jyzjz.samr.gov.cn.
