  According to the report, Guo Bing submitted in December last year the indictment materials for "China Knowledge Network's abuse of market dominance".

In March this year, the case was formally accepted by the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court.

  Guo Bing said in an interview with a reporter from Zhongxin Finance and Economics earlier that he believes that CNKI is not open to individuals to check duplicates and is suspected of abusing its dominant market position.

  On June 12 this year, CNKI issued an announcement stating that from now on, CNKI will directly provide duplicate checking services to individual users.

  Guo Bing introduced that since his core demands have been realized, he has applied to the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court to withdraw the lawsuit on July 20.

On July 27, the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court ruled to allow the plaintiff to withdraw the lawsuit.
