This is stated in the ruling of the court.

As Prime clarifies, the court explained that the measures taken will not lead to the actual impossibility of the bank to carry out its activities or to its significant difficulty.

The agency explains that in April 2021, TKB joined a syndicated loan issued to Uzauto Motors, a car manufacturer in Uzbekistan.

The amount of the bank's participation amounted to €10 million, the London branch of Credit Suisse acted as the agent of the syndicated loan.

At the same time, the borrower had to repay the loan in April 2022.

Transcapitalbank believes that the problem arose due to sanctions.
