This is stated on the department's website.

It is clarified that the case is related to the previous warning from the service regarding ticket prices for Siberia Airlines JSC, where within the same fare subclass, air tickets had different prices, while this was in no way related to any additional services, carrier expenses or departure time.

At the same time, the FAS revealed that the airline and its group of persons do not have a commercial (pricing) policy or other act that determines, among other things, the pricing procedure.

In this regard, a warning was issued with the requirement to develop a corresponding document and coordinate it with the department.

“The carrier did not comply with the department’s warning and also tried to challenge its legality in court.

However, the Moscow Arbitration Court supported the position of the FAS Russia.

The service decided to initiate proceedings against Siberia Airlines JSC,” the FAS indicated.

Previously, FAS Russia opened the first case for violation of requirements for credit advertising.
