Japan did not import oil from Russia in June

According to TASS with reference to statistics from the Japanese Ministry of Finance, in June, LNG imports increased by 26.4% compared to the same period last year.

At the same time, Tokyo paid 2.2 times more for it.

Deliveries of Russian coal fell by 59.5%.

The UK authorities have previously amended the Anti-Russian Sanctions Regulation, which provides for a ban on the import of oil, oil products and coal from Russia.

Igor Yushkov, an expert at the Financial University under the Government of Russia, a leading analyst at the National Energy Security Fund, expressed the opinion that Russian oil exports will increase, since there is demand for raw materials both in Asia and in Europe.
