Law enforcement officers will conduct a comprehensive inspection on the shelf life, use and inventory of food raw materials, semi-finished products and other foods, as well as the production and processing operations of employees.
The on-site inspection found that 1 bag of French toast slices with a shelf life until July 19 was stored in the back kitchen freezer. At the same time, a third-party testing company was immediately organized to conduct on-site sampling inspections of food raw materials such as edible oil, chicken legs, chicken wings, sausages, and crayfish, and the test results were pending.
In response to the on-site inspection and the problems reported by the media, the Fengtai District Market Supervision Bureau launched a case to investigate and deal with according to law. The case is currently under investigation, and the restaurant involved has been closed for rectification.
This morning, the Haidian District Market Supervision Bureau also inspected the online system of the restaurant operation in Weigong Village, the store involved, and checked the management of waste oil and raw material loss.
At the same time, the shelf life of food raw materials, the corresponding purchase, sales and storage records, and the storage and storage records of cold chain products were checked, and a third-party agency was commissioned on-site to test the raw materials found in the back kitchen.
