Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 945 million dirhams. Yesterday, the department witnessed the registration of 291 pledges of 674.78 million dirhams, including 66 pledges of land with a value of 190.37 million dirhams, and 225 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 484.41 million dirhams.

The most important land pledges of 18 million dirhams came in the second Nad Al Sheba area, followed by a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the first Umm Suqeim area, followed by a pledge of 9 million dirhams in Wadi Al-Safa 5.

The fifth district of Al-Habiya topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 25 pledges worth 47 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 19 pledges worth 49 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 53 million dirhams in the Al-Markadh area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.

The third Umm Suqeim area topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 28 pledges worth 62 million dirhams, followed by Burj Khalifa with 25 pledges of 95 million dirhams, followed by Business Bay with 25 pledges of 40 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 253.37 million dirhams, including 6 mortgages of land with a value of 26.81 million dirhams, and 120 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 226.56 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first Al-Thaniya area with a value of 140 million dirhams.

As for donations, 17 donations worth 17.34 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the Al-Jaddaf region, with a value of 5 million dirhams.
