“Psychologically, we are all pleased that the ruble is a strong currency, but we need to understand that we still sell our energy resources on the world market, despite the sanctions, and we are doing it quite actively,” Margolin said.

In his opinion, now we can talk about some "re-strengthening of the ruble."

Against this background, Russia, when delivering the same volume of goods abroad, receives a smaller amount of ruble revenue, the interlocutor of RT said. 

“With a more convenient exchange rate, for example, around 70 rubles per dollar, we, of course, would receive much more rubles, which are necessary for the development of the economy,” the specialist explained.

Earlier it became known that the dollar during the auction fell below 55 rubles.
