For his part, the head of the “Hand of Goodness” committee at the center, Judge Abdulaziz Anwahi, said that many cases have humanitarian aspects that must be taken into account, as there are cases that may be affected by the rental provisions issued against them, due to their own humanitarian conditions, so the center studies the cases. Humanity that reaches him accurately, and this is proven by documents.

For his part, CEO of Harbor Real Estate Company, Muhannad Al-Wadiya, said that the company's step comes within its strategy and vision of doing good, and its efforts to alleviate the low-income resident families, who are facing difficulties in providing the right to rent to the owners of apartments and real estate.
