USJ = Universal Studios Japan, a theme park in Osaka, is a combination of JTB, a major travel agency that is suffering from poor performance due to the influence of the new coronavirus, and a company that provides service operations at Japan Airlines airports. We have decided to accept 50 employees on a temporary basis.

According to the people concerned, USJ has decided to temporarily accept about 50 people, including JTB employees and employees of companies that provide passenger service services at Japan Airlines' Kansai Airport, etc., from next month.

The period is one year, and we are in charge of selling tickets in the theme park and providing guidance at the time of admission five days a week.

The wages are paid by USJ on an hourly basis for the actual work, and if the basic wage is not reached, the seconded company will make up for it.

USJ wants to absorb new ideas and improve services by accepting employees from other companies involved in tourism and travel.

On the other hand, it seems that the two companies that were seconded have the aim of securing a place for employees to work while holding down labor costs and preparing for the post-corona.
