This is one more step in confirming what Europe 1 is revealing to you since last week: the rule of four square meters per employee to combat the spread of Covid-19 will soon be removed and replaced by the need to 'a distance of one meter. Rules similar to those of schools and colleges

The readjustment of this safety distance is the only real change compared to the protocol that the Ministry of Labor had published in early May. So the obligation to guarantee a minimum surface of four square meters per employee is over, it will now suffice to respect a physical distance of one meter from any other person, whether it is another employee, a provider or customer. In fact, the Ministry of Labor transposes the rules applied since Monday in schools and colleges.

The other measures introduced at the beginning of May have not changed: maintenance of barrier gestures, in particular the incentive to wash your hands frequently and the supply of hydro-alcoholic gel, wearing a mask when the distance of one meter cannot be respected, persistence of the traffic plan to avoid people crossing, and continued cleaning and disinfection of the premises at least once a day. The reduction of the safety distance should allow the return of more employees to the offices, and facilitate the revival of activity.
