The consumer, Abdulaziz Hussein, pointed out that some varieties of vegetables witnessed different price increases in a number of outlets, especially the medium supermarket centers, explaining that “flower prices rose from seven dirhams per kilogram to between eight and 10 dirhams per kilogram, while they rose Zucchini prices range from eight dirhams per kilogram to between 10 and 12 dirhams per kilogram.

He stressed that these price increases increase the financial burden on families, especially as the current period witnesses a dearth of any discount offers on vegetable products at various outlets, compared to previous periods.
