Lufthansa Group said it will reduce the number of its airline flights during the period from March 29 to April 24 this year, in light of the exceptional circumstances associated with the spread of the new "Corona" virus, noting that canceled flights will be included in its reservations system, and inform all Passengers with all changes and re-booking options from today.
The group added in a statement today, that it will cancel 23,000 flights for its airlines, and it is expected that more flights will be canceled in the coming weeks, while the flights booked will be changed in the period after April 25 at a later time, noting that the flight times Europe, Asia and the Middle East will be affected as a result.
