OAG, the international provider of airport and airline data, revealed the annual list of the world's largest airports in terms of seat capacity on international flights departing. Year 2019 as a whole.
According to data sent by OAG to Emirates Today, London Heathrow Airport came in second with 47 million seats, followed by Hong Kong International Airport with 46 million seats on departing flights.
Dubai International Airport retained its top spot for the fifth consecutive year, with the number of passengers using the airport rising to 89.1 million in 2018.
