Jane Cederqvist has passed away in the suites of ALS.
In 1960, when she was 15 years old, she won Olympic silver in the 400 meter freestyle in Rome.
For that, she was the first woman of all time to be awarded Svenska Dagbladet's achievement medal.
Already the following year, Cederqvist ended his career to focus on his studies.
