The short course Japanese championship was held at the Tokyo Tatsumi International Swimming Center in Koto-ku, Tokyo for two days from the 22nd, as well as the representative selection for the world championship in December this year.



Of the competitions held on the 23rd, the final day, Seto participated in the final of the men's 200m individual medley.



In the race, Akari Honda, who set a new world record in the men's 200m butterfly on the short course on the 22nd, took the lead in the first butterfly, but after taking the lead in the following backstroke, he held on to the lead. , won with a time of 1:51.83.



After this, Seto also participated in the final of the 200-meter breaststroke, finishing second in the first half. I won the 400-meter individual medley on the 22nd, and achieved a triple crown.
