Alvar Myhlback, born in 2006, has been described as perhaps the greatest talent in many years in Swedish cross-country skiing.

Among other things, he has beaten clubmate Calle Halfvarsson in a ten kilometer run.

This year he is doing his first season as a junior and was talked about in advance as an interesting name at the Alliansloppet in roller skis.

The Super Snake's Nightmare Day

Unfortunately, the super talent fell, but still finished in an honorable 20th place.

During the evening, Myhlback was training in central Trollhättan, when

the accident happened.

In a roundabout he fell and fell so badly that his shoulder dislocated.

He received medical attention at the scene.

His father, the paddock manager Petter Myhlback, confirms the accident to SVT Sport.

Tomorrow awaits 15 kilometers with an individual start, but the fall and the shoulder stop the super talent.

- I don't want to comment on it, but he won't start tomorrow, says father Petter Myhlback.
