Yuzuru Hanyu, a figure skating player, will hold a press conference in Tokyo on the 19th.
This was announced on the afternoon of the 18th by the management company to which Hanyu belongs.
Hanyu had not disclosed his attitude as to whether he would continue to be active after finishing fourth at the Beijing Olympics in February after winning the Olympics for the third time in a row.
According to the management company, the press conference on the 19th will be held from 5 pm as a "place to express determination" for Hanyu.
