東京オリンピック以来となる東京体育館での試合については「コートの雰囲気などが変わっていて、感慨深い思いもあったが試合モードに切り替えてあすも勝ち進んでいきたい」と話していました。

試合のあとの会見で早田ひな選手は「東京体育館では久しぶりの試合で、初戦は難しい部分があったが、ペアで戦術を固めて勝つことができてよかった。あすからはもっと強い選手がいるので、きょうの反省点を修正したい」と話していました。



また、再来年のパリオリンピックについては「1試合1試合、自分の力を100％出した先にパリがあると思う。今は何も考えていない」と話しました。
