The FIG vice-presidents were Ali Al-Hitmi from Qatar, Belorussian Nelly Kim and Suat Chelen from Turks.
The FIG elective congress is taking place from 5 to 7 November in Antalya.
The forum will also form the composition of the commissions and technical committees.
